My work week is.....everywhere. The only day I do not see clients would be Sunday. That does not mean my brain isn't on and prepping for the next traditional "work week". I think I have gotten good at compartmentalizing my go-brain vs. my slow-brain. Honestly, my slow-brain gets turned on when I need to be present in the moment with people, or, when I want to read a book for fun, watch a movie, etc. My go-brain is my favorite because I get to express creativity, be with my clients, program, blog, coach, or do jiu jitsu. My go-brain is my habit forming brain. My slow-brain is my necessary brain saying, "Hey, listen to what the people in your life are telling you, and chill."
Tangent aside, the entire point of that little blurb was to say Friday's are great for reflecting because it is the end of my go-brain work week. I have programmed all of Saturday's clients, and then I get to switch to slow mode.
Here are my 5 reflections from the week:
The Daily Roast is a thought, question, list, or any other mini that doesn't need an entire blog. Thought Flights are here to get you pondering and wondering.
