Also known as emotional intelligence, emotional literacy simply means you can communicate your emotional state and feelings.  We all know your communication skills improve if your vocabulary is constantly growing.  You will successfully recognize emotions in others and within yourself if you know a variety of emotions.  Good emotional literacy means you know anywhere from 25-35 words, and average is close to 20 words.

So lets do a little challenge, shall we?  How many emotions do you actually know? List them in the comments, and don't peek at other answers!
